Disconnect a social account

Sign in, select your brand, open Connected accounts, and disconnect the account you want to remove. This stops new publishing from that connection and removes its stored access tokens. Disconnecting does not delete posts already published on the social platform or delete your Your Content Suite account.

Request deletion of social-platform data

Email batisheventerprises@gmail.com from the email used for your account. Tell us which social account or brand the request concerns and whether you want social-platform data removed or your entire Your Content Suite account deleted. We may ask you to verify account ownership. Do not send passwords or access tokens.

Delete your Your Content Suite account

1. Sign in and open Account settings.
2. Export account data and save any content you need before deletion.
3. In Delete account, enter your current password, type DELETE, and choose Delete my account.

Account deletion removes the brands, plans, uploads and connections you own and ends your access. It cannot be undone. Content already posted on Instagram, Facebook, Threads or another platform must be managed on that platform. If you cannot sign in or complete deletion, use the email above for help.

Cancel renewal and keep paid access

If you only want to stop the next payment, use billing cancellation instead. Canceling renewal keeps access through the end of your current billing period; deleting your account is a separate action.
